The lot to the north of our building is paid parking and you will get a really annoying $80 ticket if you don't pay. We're bummed about it too, but we unfortunately don't own the space and have no control over it.
There is tons of free street parking up and down Broadway, on Lincoln st, and on Virginia Ave east of Lincoln st.
